- 18 ounces watermelon, cut into bite-sized chunks
- 18 ounces pineapple, cut into bite-sized chunks
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 -2 tablespoon cilantro
- 6 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- fresh ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients except pepper in a bowl and toss to mix.
- 2 add pepper to taste.
