Ingredients

- 1 quart plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- crackers or vegetables
Recipe
- 1 rinse a one foot length of cheesecloth in cold water and wring out. place yogurt in center, wrap cloth around it and set in strainer or colander in a bowl.
- 2 refrigerate until thick, 8-14 hours. discard drained liquid and unwrap.
- 3 mix yogurt and remaining ingredients; refrigerate several hours for flavors to blend.
