Ingredients

- 2 yellow squash, sliced (more or less)
- 1/2 red onion, sliced (more or less)
- 1/2 cup milk (skim, 1%, 2% or whole)
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 pour the milk in a skillet and heat gently.
- 2 add squash and onion.
- 3 cook until done to your liking, i prefer still al dente (some people like them soft and squishy).
- 4 salt and pepper to taste.
- 5 enjoy!
