Watercress Yogurt Soup

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup watercress, loosely packed
  • 200 ml nonfat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 mint leaves, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 puree watercress, yogurt, and garlic in blender until smooth.
  • 2 garnish with mint and serve.
  • 3 enjoy!
