- 2 tablespoons cream
- 1 bunch watercress leaf
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper, to taste
- 1 small garlic clove, sliced
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. blend on high speed until smooth.
