Ingredients

- 1/4 cup wasabi powder
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor, combine the wasabi powder, vinegar, and mustard.
- 2 add 1/4 cup of water and with the machine on, slowly pour in the oil to form a lightly thickened sauce.
- 3 add the salt and process briefly.
