Wasabi Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs yukon gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1/3 cup low-fat sour cream
  • up to 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/2-1 tablespoon wasabi paste
  • sea salt
  • ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place potatoes in a small pot and cover with water. bring to a boil; cook until the potatoes are tender and then drain.
  • 2 add sour cream, milk (add enough to make desired thickness), and wasabi paste to potatoes; mash well.
  • 3 season with salt and pepper, to taste, and keep warm until serving.
