Thistle Dip

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 6 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 dash ground red pepper

Recipe

  • 1 puree artichokes in blender or food processor until very smooth.
  • 2 transfer to a bowl.
  • 3 blend in sour cream and spices.
  • 4 cover and refrigerate.
  • 5 serve with crackers.
