- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 cup carrot, julienne
- 3/4 cup zucchini, julienne
- 1/4 cup jicama, julienne
- 1/4 cup radish, julienne
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl whisk together the lime juice, chili oil,& sugar.
- 2 mix veggies in a salad bowl, por over the dressing& toss.
- 3 season with salt& pepper to taste.
- 4 cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
