Sweet And Sour German Spinach

Ingredients

- 2 slices breakfast bacon, not maple bacon
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach (defrosted)
- 1/4 small onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
Recipe
- 1 fry bacon in medium skillet until almost crisp.
- 2 fry onion in bacon grease until soft.
- 3 remove onion and bacon from grease.
- 4 place spinach in grease, stirring until hot.
- 5 return onion and bacon to skillet.
- 6 mix sugar and vinegar.
- 7 beat egg then mix with vinegar and sugar.
- 8 pour over spinach.
- 9 cook 2-5 minute.
- 10 salt to taste.
