Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach, thawed and drained (or 1 23oz can)
- 1 (8 -10 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (1 ounce) package of powdered ranch dressing
- 6 -7 scallions (chopped)
Recipe
- 1 if using frozen spinach, place in microwave to thaw.
- 2 in small food processor combine: scallions, drained/rinsed/drained artichoke hearts.
- 3 in seperate bowl combine: mayonnaise, sour cream, powdered dressing and food processor mixture.
- 4 mix in spinach and stir well to avoid clumps.
- 5 place in oven safe dish and bake on 375* until warmed throughout.
