Spinach Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 7 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach, thawed and drained (or 1 23oz can)
  • 1 (8 -10 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (1 ounce) package of powdered ranch dressing
  • 6 -7 scallions (chopped)

Recipe

  • 1 if using frozen spinach, place in microwave to thaw.
  • 2 in small food processor combine: scallions, drained/rinsed/drained artichoke hearts.
  • 3 in seperate bowl combine: mayonnaise, sour cream, powdered dressing and food processor mixture.
  • 4 mix in spinach and stir well to avoid clumps.
  • 5 place in oven safe dish and bake on 375* until warmed throughout.
