Yia Yia's Weekend Tzatziki Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek style strained yogurt
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon distilled vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh mint
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • kosher salt, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, stir together all ingredients and season to taste with salt. cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes, until flavors have blended.
