Ingredients
- 1 cup greek style strained yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and, chopped
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon distilled vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh mint
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- kosher salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, stir together all ingredients and season to taste with salt. cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes, until flavors have blended.
