Yellow Squash Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lbs yellow squash
- 1 medium onion
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups crackers, crumbled
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 wash and slice squash and onion.
- 2 cook in water, just to cover. 10-15 minutes, or until tender.
- 3 drain and mash squash.
- 4 add all other ingredients, mix well.
- 5 bake in a buttered casserole. 300 degrees for 1 hour.
