Watercress Salsa Verde

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 85 g watercress
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 place everything in a food processor.
  • 2 blend with 2 tbsp water to a smooth paste.
  • 3 season to taste.
