Watercress Salsa Verde

85 g watercress
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons olive oil
Recipe
1 place everything in a food processor.
2 blend with 2 tbsp water to a smooth paste.
