- 1 russet potato
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon wasabi powder
Recipe
- 1 peel potato.
- 2 place the potato in a pot of cold water brint to a boil and cook until fork tender. if you're in a hurry like i usually am cut the potato into 1/2" cubes before placing it into the water.
- 3 remove from heat and mash well.
- 4 add butter, salt, salt & pepper, powdered garlic, and wasabi powder.
- 5 mix well.
