- 2 teaspoons wasabi
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame seed oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chipotle pepper

- 1 place all ingredients ina food processor and puree until smooth. season to taste. refrigerate until ready for use.
