Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
- 1 cup uncooked basmati rice
- 1/2 cup uncooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup uncooked millet
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. add onions; cook 2 minutes.
- 2 add rice, quinoa, and millet; cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently. stir in broth and salt.
- 3 bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
