Three Grain Pilaf

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
  • 1 cup uncooked basmati rice
  • 1/2 cup uncooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup uncooked millet
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. add onions; cook 2 minutes.
  • 2 add rice, quinoa, and millet; cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently. stir in broth and salt.
  • 3 bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
