- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons orange rind, grated
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 1/4 cups rhubarb, fresh fine chopped
Recipe
- 1 combine all dry ingredients.
- 2 beat egg and oil; add orange juice.
- 3 add to flour mix.
- 4 add rhubarb.
- 5 bake 350f 25-30 min.
