- 1 cup wild rice
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
Recipe
- 1 layer rice and vegetables in slow cooker. pour oil, salt and pepper over vegetables. stir.
- 2 heat chicken broth and pour over vegetables. cover and cook on high 2-3 hours, until rice is tender.
