Ww 2 Points - Pumpkin Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup whole grain wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon table salt
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 4 ounces splenda artificial sweetener

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325*f (160*c).
  • 2 in a bowl combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. set aside.
  • 3 in a bowl whisk together the pumpkin puree, banana, oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  • 4 add the flour mixture and stir the batter until it is just combined.
  • 5 transfer to a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan and bake in the middle of the oven for 1 hour, or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • 6 let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes on rack before removing.
  • 7 cool completely on rack.
