Ww Easy Acorn Squash

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 acorn squash
  • 4 teaspoons reduced-calorie margarine
  • 4 teaspoons unpacked brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 halve the acorn squash and remove seeds. prick flesh all over with a fork. place 1 teaspoon each of margarine and brown sugar into each half.
  • 2 place squash cut side up on a dish and microwave on high power for 10 minutes. season to taste.
