- 2 acorn squash
- 4 teaspoons reduced-calorie margarine
- 4 teaspoons unpacked brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 halve the acorn squash and remove seeds. prick flesh all over with a fork. place 1 teaspoon each of margarine and brown sugar into each half.
- 2 place squash cut side up on a dish and microwave on high power for 10 minutes. season to taste.
