Weight Watchers Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon dried cilantro (your desired amount)

Recipe

  • 1 in a small food processor blend together all ingredients until creamy.
  • 2 serve with grilled chicken, lamb chops and/or vegetables.
