Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 small red cabbage, shredded
- salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Recipe
- 1 heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- 2 stir fry the cabbage for 5 minutes, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 3 add the vinegar, honey, sesame seeds and sesame oil.
- 4 serve warm.
