Warm Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
Recipe
- 1 heat the oil in a saucepan.
- 2 add the onion and pepper.
- 3 cook until just soft (do not brown).
- 4 add the garlic, celery seed and dijon.
- 5 heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- 6 remove from the heat and allow the sauce to sit for 15 minutes.
