Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups self raising flour
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 5 tablespoons cocoa
- 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, optional
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together.
- 2 grease and flour a 20 cm square tin.
- 3 bake 20-25 minutes at 180 deg celsius.
