Ingredients

- 4 tilapia fillets
- 5 garlic cloves (2 crushed, 3 sliced)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (i used enova)
- 8 ounces collard greens
- 4 ounces frozen corn
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (or to taste)
Recipe
- 1 heat oil. add garlic, gently saute.
- 2 place fillets in pan. heap collards and corn on top. add hot sauce. turn once, after about five minutes.
