Ingredients

- 4 tilapia fillets
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
Recipe
- 1 prepare salsa by mixing all ingredients together.
- 2 season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- 3 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 4 drizzle tilapia with oil and bake tilapia on a foil-lined pan until opaque, about 10 to 12 minutes.
- 5 cut tilapia into bite-size pieces and fill tortillas.
