Ingredients
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 (14 ounce) can shoepeg corn
- 1 (14 ounce) can pinto beans
- 1 (14 ounce) can black-eyed peas
- 1 (2 ounce) jar pimientos (small)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 drain and rinse all canned veggies.
- 2 chop all veggies and place in a container.
- 3 pour sauce (recipe below) over vegetables in the container and marinade mixture overnight.
