Twinkie Cake

Ingredients

• 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix
• egg, oil, water, etc for the cake mix
• 5 tablespoons flour
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup crisco vegetable shortening
• 1/2 cup margarine
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup sugar

Recipe

• 1 bake the cake according to package directions in a greased and floured 9x13 pan. cool completely. cut in half lengthwise.
• 2 cook flour and milk, bringing to a boil until thick. cool completely!
• 3 in a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients to the milk. mix on high for 8 minutes. put bottom half of cake back in the pan and spread filling over it. top with the other half of the cake. keep refrigerated.
