Tortilla Wraps (rachael Ray)

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup water, eyeball it
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 8 teaspoons vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon per wrap
  • 10 (8 inch) flour tortillas

Recipe

  • 1 heat a nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
  • 2 beat eggs with water and scallions.
  • 3 drizzle 1 teaspoon oil into hot skillet and pour in a little of the egg mixture.
  • 4 add 1 tortilla, cook 30 seconds, then flip.
  • 5 cook 15 seconds, then flip tortilla back and cook 15 seconds longer.
  • 6 remove frankie wrap from the pan and repeat with remaining ingredients.
