Honeyed Cashews With Kosher Salt

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups raw cashews
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 teaspoons kosher salt

Recipe

  • 1 heat the oven to 350°f.
  • 2 in a large bowl, toss cashews with vegetable oil until well coated; set aside.
  • 3 combine brown sugar, water, and honey in a small saucepan, place over medium-high heat, and bring to a boil.
