Yummy Salsa Verde

Ingredients
  - Servings: 4
  - 1 1/2 lbs small tomatillos 
  - 2 medium onions, quartered 
  - 1 garlic, bulb use all cloves 
  - 5 serrano peppers, snap off stem 
  -  garlic salt 
  -  extra virgin olive oil 
  - 1 lime, juice of 
  - 1 bunch fresh cilantro 
  -  salt 
  
Recipe
  - 1 peel and wash tomatillos. 
  - 2 put whole tomatillos in a 13x9 dish, add onion, garlic cloves and peppers (whole). 
  - 3 drizzle evoo over everything and season with garlic salt. 
  - 4 bake at 400 degrees for an hour. 
  - 5 let cool and put in blender.
