Wisconsin Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 small cabbage
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1/4 cup green pepper
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processor, shred cabbage. (or buy the pre-shredded like i do). chop onion, pepper & parsley and add to cabbage. shred carrot and add. in a small bowl combine the rest and pour over cabbage and toss. refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
