Ingredients

- 1 small cabbage
- 1 small red onion
- 1/4 cup green pepper
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1 medium carrot
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor, shred cabbage. (or buy the pre-shredded like i do). chop onion, pepper & parsley and add to cabbage. shred carrot and add. in a small bowl combine the rest and pour over cabbage and toss. refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
