Wild Oat's Roasted Red Pepper, Feta And Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 large roasted red peppers
  • 8 ounces plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/3 cup feta, crumbled
  • 8 leaves fresh basil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, wild oats organic
  • 1/2 teaspoon raw sugar

Recipe

  • 1 place ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
  • 2 adjust seasonings to taste.
