Wild Mushroom-hazelnut Medley

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon chinese five spice powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 1/2 lbs wild mushrooms, trimmed and thickly sliced
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped hazelnuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup italian parsley, chopped
- fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 450°f.
- 2 in large bowl, combine sherry, sesame oil, five-spice powder, and salt. add mushrooms and mix well.
- 3 place mushroom mixture in nonstick roasting pan in single layer.
- 4 roast for 8 minutes. stir in hazelnuts, roast until just tender, another 3-5 minutes stir in parsley. adjust salt and pepper.
- 5 serve hot.
