Vinegar Cake (no Eggs!)

Ingredients

- 3 cups flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 dash salt
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 4 teaspoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
- 3 mix all cake ingredients and pour into pan.
- 4 bake for 30-40 minutes.
- 5 leave cake in pan and cut into squares while cake is warm.
- 6 pour glaze over warm cake.

- 8 put all ingredients into a saucepan.
- 9 bring to a boil and boil 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
- 10 pour over warm cake.
