Ingredients
- 4 quarts water
- 1 cup sliced carrot
- 1 cup sliced cabbage
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/4 cup sliced daikon radish
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper

- 1 combine all ingredients.
- 2 boil. reduce liquid to half.
- 3 strain and store.
- 4 use in place of chicken broth in vietnamese recipes.
