Tofu Prawn Omelette

Total Time: 32 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 piece tofu, cubed
  • 3 large prawns, sliced
  • 3 pieces mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 pieces water chestnuts, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon light soya sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon light soya sauce
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 stalk parsley

Recipe

  • 1 1. put first 8 ingredients in a bowl and leave aside for about 15 minutes.
  • 2 2. in a non-stick pan, add some vegetable oil and pan fry the marinated mix for about 2 minutes.
  • 3 3. add in the beaten eggs till cooked. flip twice.
  • 4 4. add parsley for garnishing.
  • 5 (for vegetarians, replace prawns with celery for a hearty meal.).
