Tofu Prawn Omelette

Ingredients
- 1/2 piece tofu, cubed
- 3 large prawns, sliced
- 3 pieces mushrooms, sliced
- 4 pieces water chestnuts, cubed
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon light soya sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon light soya sauce
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 stalk parsley
Recipe
- 1 1. put first 8 ingredients in a bowl and leave aside for about 15 minutes.
- 2 2. in a non-stick pan, add some vegetable oil and pan fry the marinated mix for about 2 minutes.
- 3 3. add in the beaten eggs till cooked. flip twice.
- 4 4. add parsley for garnishing.
- 5 (for vegetarians, replace prawns with celery for a hearty meal.).
