The Spring Salad

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 green salad
  • 1 sprig green onion
  • 1 sprig radish
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 sprig dill
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 boil the egg(s).
  • 2 cut the onions, salad and radish (slice the radish very thin).
  • 3 mix with vinegar and one tbs of sugar and add to the vegetables.
  • 4 cut the eggs and mix.
