Ingredients

- 2 carrots
- 1 red apple (delicious, fuji or pink lady)
- 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled 1-inch square (add more if you like it hot)
Recipe
- 1 scrub carrots and apple, wash but do not peel.
- 2 peel ginger.
- 3 juice everything, stir gently and enjoy.
