Waldorf Salada With Plain Yogurt

Ingredients

- 4 medium apples
- 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 2/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
Recipe
- 1 wash, and chop the apples.
- 2 in a medium to large bowl toss the apples in the lemon juice, so they don't brown.
- 3 sprinkle the brown sugar over the apples, toss again.
- 4 add the celery and pecans, toss again.
- 5 stir in the yogurt to desired consistency.
- 6 keep salad refrigerated until ready to serve.
- 7 serve and enjoy!
