Waldorf Salada With Plain Yogurt

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 medium apples
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 2/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 wash, and chop the apples.
  • 2 in a medium to large bowl toss the apples in the lemon juice, so they don't brown.
  • 3 sprinkle the brown sugar over the apples, toss again.
  • 4 add the celery and pecans, toss again.
  • 5 stir in the yogurt to desired consistency.
  • 6 keep salad refrigerated until ready to serve.
  • 7 serve and enjoy!
