- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons dry vermouth
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 4 salmon steaks
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 prepare a hot grill.
