- 1 medium zucchini, cubed
- 1 (17 ounce) package corn kernels, drained
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 mix zucchini, corn, salt and pepper in 1-quart microwavable casserole.
- 2 cover tightly and microwave on high 5 to 7 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes, until vegetables are hot.
- 3 sprinkle with cheese.
- 4 let stand covered 1 minute.
