Soy Squid Stirfry

Ingredients

- 100 g squid rings
- 270 g stir fry vegetables
- 40 ml soy sauce
- 250 g noodles
Recipe
- 1 1. pre-heat skillet or wok to medium to high heat.
- 2 2. lightly spray skillet and cook squid rings for approximately 7-8 minutes.
- 3 3. add one minute stir fry mix and cook until mix begins to soften.
- 4 4. add soy sauce, mix and cover for 3-4 minutes.
- 5 5. re introduce squid and slim noodles, mix together, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- 6 6. remove from heat and serve.
