Soy Squid Stirfry

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 100 g squid rings
  • 270 g stir fry vegetables
  • 40 ml soy sauce
  • 250 g noodles

Recipe

  • 1 1. pre-heat skillet or wok to medium to high heat.
  • 2 2. lightly spray skillet and cook squid rings for approximately 7-8 minutes.
  • 3 3. add one minute stir fry mix and cook until mix begins to soften.
  • 4 4. add soy sauce, mix and cover for 3-4 minutes.
  • 5 5. re introduce squid and slim noodles, mix together, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • 6 6. remove from heat and serve.
