Ingredients
- 2 eggs, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 1/4 cups unrefined vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 combine eggs, lemon juice, and sea salt in blender at high speed for 1 minute.
- 2 slowly add oil as you continue blending.
- 3 store in glass jar in refrigerator.
