Quinoa Crunch

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa, rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, combine quinoa, oil, honey and salt. spread in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 2 bake at 375 for 11 to 13 minutes, stirring occasionally until quinoa is crisp. transfer to a plate and allow to cool.
  • 3 transfer to an airtight container and use within one month.
