Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa, rinsed
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, combine quinoa, oil, honey and salt. spread in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 2 bake at 375 for 11 to 13 minutes, stirring occasionally until quinoa is crisp. transfer to a plate and allow to cool.
- 3 transfer to an airtight container and use within one month.
