Ingredients
- 5 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 1/2 quarts water
- 1 garlic clove (optional)
- 1/4 cup hellmann mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 steam cauliflower and garlic for 15 minutes or until tender, drain well.
- 2 blend or food process together the cauliflower, garlic, mayo and salt until creamy.
- 3 serve.
