Wild Rice And Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 6 cups cooked wild rice
  • 1 (3 7/8 ounce) can sliced olives, drained
  • 1 (4 ounce) can button mushrooms, drained
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in slow cooker. cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
