Weight Watchers (ww) Zero Point Carrot And Ginger Soup

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 pints vegetable stock
  • 350 g sliced carrots
  • 15 g tiny pasta, shapes

Recipe

  • 1 heat the onion and ginger in a pan with 6 tbsp of the stock.
  • 2 when the onion has softened slightly add the carrots and stock.
  • 3 simmer for 20 minutes.
  • 4 liquidise the soup and season if desired.
  • 5 place the soup back in the pan and add the mini pasta shapes.
  • 6 simmer for a further 5 minutes.
