Ingredients
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped swiss chard
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 3 drops hot sauce
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in small frying pan.
- 2 add swiss chard and broccoli, saute until wilted.
- 3 add beaten eggs.
- 4 place lid on pan.
- 5 cook for 5 minutes or until eggs are set.
- 6 turn onto plate, garnish with hot sauce and green onions.
